Those sources revise their own data, and a figure correct on the day it was collected can be superseded later. Where a number matters to a decision, check it against the source rather than against this site. Every source is named and linkable.

Nothing here describes any business, its prices, its availability, or its quality. The data does not contain that, so the site does not say it — and a page that seems to imply a cost is a page with a mistake on it worth reporting.

A figure about how many people moved somewhere is not advice about whether to move there, what a move would cost, or which company to use. This is a reference, not a recommendation.

One interpretive passage per market page is written by a language model. Every number in it is checked against the figures the model was given, at the precision it was given them, and a passage that fails is dropped rather than edited into shape. Pages whose passage was dropped show their figures and no prose.

Those checks catch fabricated numbers. They do not make an interpretation correct — reading a real figure and drawing a wrong inference from it is possible, and if a passage reads wrongly to you, that is worth reporting.

This site is provided as is. It carries no warranty that any figure is current, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and Henry Tayler accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of anything published here. That is the ordinary position for a free reference, and it is stated plainly rather than buried.
